Rates
Priority Care charges a $25 deposit to book a group session and the remaining balance is due at the time of the session.
All Waiver services are covered at no charge to individuals who:
- Meet Louisiana Medicaid eligibility ANDMeet the Louisiana definition for developmental disability which manifested prior to age
- 22 (Revised Statute 25:451.2, Paragraph (11)), AND
- Have an OCDD Statement of Approval OR
- Meet My Place eligibility if age 0-3 AND
- Meet Intermediate Care Facility- Intellectual Disability (ICF-ID) Level of Care Criteria AND
- Are 0 through 20 years of age
Insurance
Health insurance varies depending on your current provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in partial. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychosupport services.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment
We accept all major debit /credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will forfeit your $25 deposit.
